At our NHS Trust, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone. This page is dedicated to providing you with the resources and support you need to report any unwanted behaviour or incidents related to sexual safety.

If you work, train or learn within the Trust and have experienced or witnessed any form of unwanted behaviour, please know that your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. We encourage you to use this platform to report any concerns confidentially and securely.

How to Report:

• Speak to your manager, a member of the HR Team, Occupational Health or the Freedom to speak up Guardian.
• Fill out the online reporting form with as much detail as possible.
• Your report will be reviewed by our dedicated team, who will take appropriate action to address the situation.
• You can choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.
• We are here to support you every step of the way.
