From Monday 17 August, patients will start to receive their hospital outpatient appointment letters digitally.
If we have your email address, you'll receive an email with a secure link to view your appointment details. If we don't have an email address, we'll send a text message instead.
If you're unable to access your digital appointment letter, or if you have opted out of digital communications, we'll continue to send your appointment details by post.
To make sure you receive your appointment information, please ensure we have your current email address and mobile number.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you're expecting an appointment notification and can't find it in your inbox.
