Learning Disability - Tameside & Glossop
The Adult Learning Disability Service accept referrals for adults with learning disabilities who need support to improve health and wellbeing. We do this using person-centred approaches working in partnership with the person and their families as well as the wider multi-disciplinary team.
We provide specialised support to people with learning disabilities who are struggling to access mainstream health services and our primary aim is to improve overall health and wellbeing by making reasonable adjustments and providing education to other services.
